Yoga for Runners
The perfect complement to running, yoga increases strength, flexibility, lung capacity and mental focus, and improves alignment of the muscular-skeletal system. In this workshop students will work with postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) mantra, meditation and relaxation that are especially beneficial to runners.
Path to Peace
An experiential journey integrating yoga, movement, spiritual tools and philosophy.
